As a dry powder TRUCarbonTM has many uses. Create carbon clothing by putting TRUCarbonTM inside
your garment bag and shaking it vigorously to distribute the powder over your clothing. Or lightly
shake, rub, or put TRUCarbonTM powder on anything and everything you want to eliminate scent. It can
also be used as an odor-eliminating boot powder and as a foot stomping powder to eliminate your tracks
and scent on the way to your stand.
TRUCarbonTM Wet Treatment (Create your own carbon suit!)
Now everyone can afford a carbon suit! With TRUCarbon’sTM wet treatment, you get the effective scent
elimination properties of a carbon suit for a fraction of the price. And unlike an expensive carbon suit,
which loses its effectiveness over time, you can recharge your clothing as often as you want for maximum
scent absorbing effectiveness. TRUCarbonTM is truly the most versatile product of its kind! To use TRUCarbonTM
as a wet treatment follow the simple 4-step process of MIX IT, DIP IT, HANG IT, and STORE IT.
Mix 2 to 4 tablespoons of TRUCarbonTM per gallon of water; preferably
distilled water in a large plastic container, large enough for the rinse
solution and your hunting clothing. (There are about 16 tablespoons in
each container of TRUCarbonTM), |
You now have created a dipping solution that you can use to rinse all
your hunting garments in: your camouflage, your undergarments, socks, hats, t-shirts, and anything else you would like to turn into a carbon suit. Soak and dip your clothing in the rinse solution to absorb the carbon into the clothing fibers. |
Once you have thoroughly rinsed TRUCarbonTM into the fibers of your
clothing, ring out the excess rinse solution. Hang your clothing outside
or in a place where it can air dry and the rinse solution will not drip and
discolor the floor. |
After your clothing is thoroughly dry, you can store it in an airtight
container (preferably a large plastic tub) to prevent it from absorbing
any scent until you are ready to hunt. |
Unlike conventional carbon clothing, we’re not going to tell you to reactivate your carbon in a dryer;
this is not true since your dryer will not reach the 2000 degrees needed to reactivate carbon. With
TRUCarbonTM you apply fresh activated carbon every time your ready to hunt or as often as you please.
This allows you to have a new carbon suit whenever you so desire.
Other Uses for TRUCarbonTM Wet Treatment
Take the leftover mix of the clothing rinse and fill your camp shower bag, you have now created a carbon
rinse for your body to be used before you go hunting. This will eliminate odors created by human bacteria
and absorb the gaseous molecules released by human glands. Those human signature scents the
competition is afraid to talk about, pheramones. If you’re not removing your glandular scents you’d be
better off hunting the wind, period! But we still are not done.
TRUCarbonTM wet rinse also works great in a garden sprayer allowing you to cover the large surface
areas of your hunting gear. You can cover your four-wheeler, blinds and tree stands from the base of
the trees right up the ladder stand to the platform. You can cover anything you wish to make scent free.
